If you’ve ever wondered what the diff was between a prebiotic and a probiotic (just me?), why you’re lacking energy all.the.time or why you love sugar but it makes you feel kinda shitty? Then you’ve come to the right place. I found out things about my body I didn’t even know I had and became severely concerned that my exercise regimen of running 3 times a year just wasn’t cutting it.
